Hypnobabies is a natural childbirth class that teaches Moms to relax and enjoy the birth of their babies transforming pain into pressure through hypnosis.  It is a comprehensive birth class that includes: parent education of the birth process, prenatal nutrition, exercise and much, much more.  It is for both Moms and their birth partners.  I am excited to be able to offer the Hypnobabies class in Denver, CO.  Now offering doula services to the Denver and Boulder areas of CO!
